Weekday Weddings

Hey Brides! Are you interested in having a weekday wedding? Well, we still have availability for this year! We still have Monday-Thursday dates available (and the price is only $2,000!) for the barn and the garden. The Monday-Thursday price comes with all the same things that a weekend price would include, except no rehearsal is included (but you can add one for $100/hour). Here's a list of what comes with the venue cost: 

Barn Rental Includes:

·       Landscaped Garden (available for your ceremony & more!) *includes white arch

·       Gentlemen's Lounge w/ AC

·       Bridal Suite complete with lit makeup/hair counters, sitting area & AC

·       Large Outdoor Space included for pictures (includes a small gazebo)

·       Large Kitchen w/sinks, stove, & fridge

·       Bar Area-includes a cooler and ice machine

·       AC & Heat Included

·       2500 square foot hard wood Dance Floor with lights around perimeter

·       Café Lights draped from the ceiling

·       Window Treatments

·       Garbage Pick-up

·       Ample lit Parking

·       Setup and take down of tables and chairs

·       200 white chairs

·       (25) Five foot round tables (8 chairs @ table)

·       (2) Eight foot wood buffet tables – 8’ l x 34” w x 29” h

·       (1) Four foot round cake table

·       (1) 4x5 foot wood gift table

·       (4) 6 foot banquet tables

·       (4) Tan umbrellas

1-hour pre-event consultation for rental items/map/insurance & ordering info.

·       Entire venue surrounded by beautiful hydrangeas & rose bushes

·       Dance Floor w/ Lights

·       White Gazebo with Chandelier & Large Grass Area for Ceremony

·       DJ Area with Outlets

·       Garden Cottage for bride w/ 2 Indoor restrooms, full kitchen & AC

·       Groom’s changing room

·       Cooler

·       Granite Bar Area

·       Outdoor Restrooms

·       Rose Covered Arbor

·       200 White Chairs

·       Two 10x13 Tents

·       Garbage Pick-up

·       Ample Parking
