It is so important to have at least a -day of- wedding coordinator to make sure your day goes smoothly and stress free. You may be an extremely organized person, but who is going to make sure the centerpieces are on the tables, your vendors know where to set up, discreetly handle any problems that arise, tell the DJ when to make announcements, and direct the flow of the entire day, etc.? With a day of coordinator on the scene to make sure your special day goes great, you, your family and close friends can relax and actually enjoy the day. You don't want your wedding party or parents running around trying to take care of things.

Ginger Lushenko has experience in event planning whether you need assistance in budget preparation, menu planning, or an event coordinator for the day. She can give helpful ideas and take the stress off of your special day. She is professional and loves to make each event a success.

Package: $300.00
Relax and let me dress your event. I will put
linens, centerpieces and all the accessories on your tables. I will complete
the décor of your choice, put out your guest book, cake knife etc…
Gold
Package: $500.00
Silver
Package included plus the coordination of your ceremony and rehearsal. This
includes coordinating the delivery of your flowers, cake, music and
catering.
Platinum
Package: $750.00
This
includes both Silver & Gold plus all the pre-event coordinating including
your rehearsal. I can help with music selection, menu, event design and
whatever you may need. Relax and enjoy the planning of your big day while I
help with the details.
