Did you know that this year, 2016, is a leap year? Yep, there will be a February 29th heading our way. An Irish tradition was brought about because of this special day. The tradition says that on this day every 4 years a woman is allowed to propose to a man and the man must accept the proposal. Although, today's culture might suggest that women can propose whenever they like. This day has also been known as Bachelor's Day.
